The surrounding area is made up of TNRD Area I, a portion of the Upper Fraser Valley and dozens of First Nations reserves. The service area has over 70% of its population reporting aboriginal heritage.

With the population spread over a large area, we have a hugh variety of occupations, from forestry, farming, ranching and other rural jobs to a variety of tourist service industries and retail stores.
